Traditional 3-Tab Composition Shingles: This shingle has no definition or texture. These are used on most starter homes. Warranties: 20 and 30 year.
Single-Ply (Durolast): Installed on flat or very low slope roofs. Ideal for commercial and industrial buildings with flat and low sloped roofs. The Duro-Last membrane is a thermoplastic single-ply membrane with a weft-inserted scrim laminated between two layers of film. It is a mechanically-attached roofing system.
Torchdown (Polyglass or Flintastic): Installed on flat or very low slope roofs. Has an adhesive strip that is heated up with a torch to seal. Available in smooth or granulated and color choices. Warranties: 10 and 12 years.
Metal Roofs: Installed on steep or low slope roofs. Standing seam metal is becoming more and more popular, offered in a full range of colors.
Cedar Shakes and Shingles: Western Red Cedar Shakes & Shingles, Traditional northwest roofing material. Choose from treated and untreated, medium 1/2", heavy 3/4" or super heavy 7/8". #1 Select & Premium Grade Handsplit Resawn & Tapesawn CCA treated with 30 and 50 year warranties by (Western Wood Preservers LTD). Untreated shakes do not carry manufactures warranty.

Fiber Cement Siding:
