Laminated Architectural Shingles: This shingle has  definition texture and good curb appeal. One  of the  most  popular roofing products used. Many manufacture to choose from.Warranties 30, 40, 50 year and lifetime.

Traditional 3-Tab Composition Shingles: This shingle has no definition or texture. These are used on most starter homes. Warranties: 20 and 30 year.

Single-Ply (Durolast): Installed  on flat  or very low  slope roofs. Ideal for  commercial and  industrial buildings with  flat and low sloped roofs. The Duro-Last membrane is a thermoplastic single-ply membrane with a  weft-inserted scrim laminated between two layers of film. It is a mechanically-attached roofing system.

Torchdown (Polyglass or Flintastic): Installed  on flat or  very  low  slope roofs. Has  an adhesive  strip that  is heated up with a torch to seal. Available in smooth or granulated and color choices. Warranties: 10 and 12 years.

Metal Roofs: Installed  on steep or low slope roofs. Standing seam metal is  becoming  more  and  more popular, offered in a full range of colors.


Cedar Shakes and Shingles: Western  Red  Cedar  Shakes & Shingles,  Traditional  northwest  roofing  material. Choose  from treated and untreated, medium 1/2", heavy 3/4" or super heavy 7/8". #1 Select & Premium Grade Handsplit Resawn & Tapesawn CCA treated  with 30 and 50 year  warranties by (Western Wood Preservers LTD). Untreated shakes do not carry manufactures warranty.

Fiber Cement Siding: For home owners that want the look of wood but don't want the hassles and costs associated with it, Fiber Cement Siding may be a satisfactory alternative.  This product is available from  several manufacturers  in a variety of textures  that are said to provide the appearance of wood. Fiber Cement Siding should be more  durable than wood it is  termite resistant, water resistant, non-combustible, and warranted to last 50 years.

Fiber Cement Siding is  composed of cement, sand, and  cellulose fiber that has been autoclaved (cured with pressurized steam) to  increase  it's strength  and  dimensional  stability. The fiber is added as reinforcement to prevent cracking. The planks come in 5¼" to 12" widths and 5/16" and 7/16" thickness.
